Christina Shea President
Christina (Sacco) Shea has been in the permanent and temporary staffing industry since 2005. She has experience with a wide variety of nationwide clients including large healthcare systems, private equity groups, publicly traded companies and government.
With her time at CompHealth (owned by CHG Healthcare- the nation's largest healthcare staffing company), Christina quickly advanced into progressive leadership positions leveraging her strategic abilities of training, retention, recruitment, and process improvement.
Christina was recruited to join Right Management to lead the Engagement Department charged with engaging newly transitioning client company employees, which included building a team and architecting an entirely new process. In 2020, utilizing her knowledge of the marketplace and foundational corporate best practices, Christina launched her own staffing company, Aligned Solutions, dedicated to delivering high-touch and customized service in the highly competitive staffing and recruiting field.
Christina resides in South Florida with her family and is dedicated to serving in volunteer leadership roles in the community including ARC Broward. She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognition including Woman of Influence by the South Florida Business Journal.
Christina graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor's in Corporate Communications.
