Josh Fulton has nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. He began his career in the recruiting industry in 2006, developing a strong foundation in sourcing top-tier talent and optimizing hiring strategies.

Most recently, he served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where he led a team of recruiters, redesigned the company’s Global Interview Framework, and co-led an interactive interview training initiative that earned a 90% Net Promoter Score. His leadership was instrumental in scaling hiring operations, including doubling the size of critical teams and managing annual hiring to support essential business functions.

Before his tenure at UKG, Josh held recruitment and talent management roles at national recruiting agencies, where he gained extensive experience in mentoring recruitment professionals and driving hiring efficiency. His expertise and strategic approach align seamlessly with Aligned Solutions' mission to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Josh received his Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing from Kent State University. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and kids enjoying the beautiful four seasons of North Carolina.

Erin Timms brings over a decade of experience in full-cycle recruiting, dire-hire placement, and talent strategy. Known for her people-first approach, she builds strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates while delivering thoughtful, effective hiring solutions.

Originally from Long Island, New York - Erin brings a balance of drive & adaptability to her work. She relocated to North Carolina in 2016 and now lives just outside of Charlotte with her family.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Beth Mesa is a dynamic and results-driven HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational efficiency. Known for her strategic planning and problem-solving skills, Beth thrives on creating streamlined processes that enhance workplace productivity.

Her prior experience includes being the Talent Acquisition Manager at Pine Crest School. There she lead recruitment efforts, oversaw applicant tracking systems, and managed onboarding and compliance processes. Prior to that role, she worked as a Talent Care Coordinator at Randstad, where she supported recruitment operations, improved back-office workflows, and implemented new vendor relationships to reduce processing times.

With a strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Beth is dedicated to driving success for both individuals and organizations.

Patrick Rose is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Professional who values building relationships and helping people find the right long-term fit for their careers. He comes with over a decade of experience and he approaches recruiting as a partnership taking the time to understand people, teams, and goals before making a match.

Patrick has worked closely with leaders and teams across a wide range of organizations, supporting growth, change, and critical hires. He’s known for being thoughtful, steady, and easy to work with, especially in situations where hiring feels complex or high-pressure. His focus has always been on doing things the right way with clarity, honesty, and care for the people involved.

He is originally from Southern California and has built his career across several markets. He holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was also a Division I student-athlete.
