Christina (Sacco) Shea has been in the permanent and temporary staffing industry since 2005. She has experience with a wide variety of nationwide clients including large healthcare systems, software, and medical device companies including Northrop Grumman, Social Security Administration, Lockheed Martin, and more. Christina is passionate about recruitment and process improvement.

With her time at CompHealth (owned by CHG Healthcare- the nation's largest healthcare staffing company), Christina quickly advanced into progressive leadership positions leveraging her strategic abilities of training, retention, recruitment, and process improvement.

Christina was recruited to join Right Management to lead the Engagement Department charged with engaging newly transitioning client company employees, which included building a team and architecting an entirely new process. In 2020, utilizing her knowledge of the marketplace and foundational corporate best practices, Christina launched her own staffing company, Aligned Solutions, dedicated to delivering high-touch and customized service in the highly competitive staffing and recruiting field.

​Christina resides in South Florida with her family and is dedicated to serving in volunteer leadership roles in the community including ARC Broward and IMPACT, Memorial Healthcare System's Ambassador Program. She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognition.

Christina graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor's in Corporate Communications.

Ashley Gomez is the Manager of Recruitment and Operations. Ashley began her career with Aligned as a Recruiter, given her drive to succeed and understand her client’s needs she quickly moved into a Managerial role.

With over three years of dedicated recruitment service, she has been instrumental in assisting clients with high-level placements across various industries.

Her role encompasses overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization. Kelly Climie is a dynamic leader in the staffing industry, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Accounts for Aligned Solutions, a prominent firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. With a proven track record of cultivating strong client relationships and driving business growth, Kelly leverages her expertise to strategically align staffing solutions with the unique needs of organizations.

Drawing on her background as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, Kelly approaches her role with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to delivering solutions that positively impact both individuals and businesses. Her ability to empathize with others and anticipate their needs enables her to tailor staffing solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.

As a dedicated wife and mother, Kelly maintains equilibrium in her career with the unwavering support of her family. Out of the office, you can find her volunteering at Jack and Jill Children’s Center or coaching youth soccer on the field.

Xiomara Fagundo is a seasoned recruitment specialist with a strong background in finance and accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. After four years in accounting, Xiomara transitioned into recruitment, focusing on finance and accounting roles. She has held positions such as Director at Marcum Search, where she deepened her expertise in public accounting and wealth management. Currently, Xiomara serves as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Aligned Solutions, leveraging her extensive experience to connect top talent with key positions. She is recognized for her resilience, empathy, and extroverted nature, which contribute to her success in building lasting professional relationships. Xiomara is passionate about personal growth and is committed to helping others advance in their careers. Beyond her professional endeavors, Xiomara enjoys relaxing by the beach, indulging in sushi, and aspires to travel to destinations like Greece, Turkey, and Morocco. She attributes much of her drive and positive outlook to her mother, who has been a significant influence in her life.

Beth Mesa is a dynamic and results-driven HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational efficiency. Known for her strategic planning and problem-solving skills, Beth thrives on creating streamlined processes that enhance workplace productivity.

Her prior experience includes being the Talent Acquisition Manager at Pine Crest School. There she lead recruitment efforts, oversaw applicant tracking systems, and managed onboarding and compliance processes. Prior to that role, she worked as a Talent Care Coordinator at Randstad, where she supported recruitment operations, improved back-office workflows, and implemented new vendor relationships to reduce processing times.

With a strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Beth is dedicated to driving success for both individuals and organizations.

Alo Lugo is a dynamic Recruiting Specialist and Marketing Coordinator at Aligned Solutions with extensive experience in both internal and external recruiting. A proud graduate of Florida International University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Spring 2020. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alo is skilled in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, relationship building, and streamlining hiring processes to meet organizational needs.

Her expertise spans identifying top talent for diverse industries, managing full-cycle recruiting, and creating tailored hiring strategies.
