Fulton joins Aligned Solutions after an 11-year tenure at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where he most recently served as Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he led a team of recruiters, redesigned UKG’s Global Interview Framework, and co-led an interactive interview training initiative that earned a 90% Net Promoter Score. His leadership was instrumental in scaling hiring operations, including doubling the size of key teams and managing the annual hiring to support critical business functions.
Prior to UKG, Fulton held recruitment and talent management roles at national Recruiting Agencies, where he developed expertise in sourcing top-tier talent across industries, optimizing hiring strategies, and mentoring recruitment professionals. His proven ability to drive hiring efficiency and build high-performing teams aligns perfectly with Aligned Solutions' commitment to delivering exceptional talent solutions.
